Led by Director and Principal Consultant, James Muller, we bring together a network of associate consultants, each an expert in their field, to form an advisory team with capability across service lines and industry sectors.

Our network of consultants bring a practical understanding of services provision, founded on an experience base of operational delivery, contract management, business development, service mobilisation and tendering.

JAMES MULLER

Director & Principal Consultant

James has over 20 years experience in the delivery of facility and support services, particularly in the outsourcing of services. James has technical and commercial knowledge from roles within business development and finance, but also brings operational understanding from managing service delivery contracts across Australia & New Zealand.

James’ broad experience base provides a unique diversity of understanding in service provision. He combines technical knowledge and operational capability with commercial acumen. The breadth of James’ experience is demonstrated his involvement in the projects provided below.
